Bó Balm is the name we’ve given to our unique hand-made skin balm. Bó, the Irish name for cow, refers to the precious beef tallow of our grass-fed and grass-finished cattle, We combine our nutrient-rich tallow with the healing properties of essential oils, to produce Bó Balm- a clean product that produces excellent results on skin.
Our ancestors knew the benefits of tallow on skin, and this wisdom is carried on in Bó Balm. Our skin responds to tallow on a cellular level. Sebum is the ingredient in our skin that keeps it moist, and sebum is Latin for “tallow”. Bó Balm has multiple uses a concentrated daily moisturiser, soothing skin.
