We are Joe and Eileen Condon who, after returning from working in New York in 1992, acquired a rambling tract of hill land upon which we’ve been raising and selling Galloway beef direct to the consumer ever since.

Research has shown that Galloway beef is healthier than most available beef. It is higher in linoleic acids that reduce the dangerous type of cholesterol (LDL). It also has good levels of heart beneficial fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 which overall makes it a healthy beef.

“We believe in the democratic value of our beef being distributed evenly to every customer. It is our belief that our Ultimate Omega Beef Burger is the best way to do this.”

  • Our farmland is certified organic since 1997
  • Our beef is butchered and dry-aged, then blast- frozen to seal in nutrients
  • Packaged in small portions- no waste.
  • Delicious and natural source of protein
  • Direct from us to you

Our simple Promise

“To deliver excellent-tasting, Omega-rich,
Irish  Galloway beef from our
unique
organic hill farm direct to your front door.”

Grazing on over 2,000 acres, high in the Knockmealdown Mountains.

After a long day filming I was tired hungry and grumpy, then Joe handed me one of his beef burgers: one mouthful and I knew, “This is it; beef burgers don't come better than this!
